Overview

Quality Planning

This involves defining quality objectives, establishing quality standards, and developing a plan to achieve and maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process. It includes identifying customer requirements, setting quality targets, and defining inspection and testing procedures.

Quality Control

This involves monitoring and inspecting the products at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure that they meet defined quality standards. It may include in-process inspections, statistical process control, and other quality control techniques to identify and address any deviations from the desired quality levels.

Quality Assurance

This involves creating and implementing processes and procedures to ensure that products are manufactured consistently to meet established quality standards. It may include documentation of standard operating procedures, training programs for employees, and process validation to ensure that manufacturing processes are controlled and repeatable.

Supplier Quality Management

This involves evaluating and selecting suppliers based on their ability to meet quality requirements, monitoring their performance, and establishing strong relationships to ensure that the raw materials and components used in the manufacturing of bathroom taps are of consistent quality.

Product Testing and Inspection

This involves conducting thorough testing and inspection of finished products to ensure that they meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This may include functional testing, performance testing, dimensional inspection, and other specialized tests based on the product requirements and industry standards.

Non-Conformance Management

This involves identifying and addressing any deviations from established quality standards, including the identification and documentation of non-conforming products, investigation of root causes, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
